Sugrue Design were engaged to tackle a number of issues with this prominent historical building here in Tralee. The structure had significant water ingress to both the limestone façade and all roof top chimneys. The scope of works included replacing all the windows and doors, new rainwater good and fixings, dressing of the limestone fascia, raking and jointing of all the limestone facade.
